Pilot Project Brewery Scale-Up Competition.

Hi Everyone,

I wanted to get this up onto the website to give everyone some notice and to start planning for a CHAOS CLUB dark ale competition that will have 1^stround judging during Stout & Chili night. We plan to have a few nights of style sampling at the club before we move onto brewing for the comp.

Here’s what we have so far and we’re continuing to work to fine tune the small details.

Street Scenes Lager Competition

One of our former club members is organizing a lager competition as part of a fundraising event at Carmel Catholic High School called Street Scenes. Unlike most competitions, this will require five gallons of beer. However, the winner will actually win a cash prize and (possibly) have their beer brewed by a pro brewery. I think that's worth five gallons. The comp is on February 8th, so there's plenty of time to make a winning lager.

Next Comp..... Indiana State Fair - They're taking submissions now through 6/26. We might have a CHAOS person driving down that can mule/deliver. Who has beer to send? CHAOS REPRESENT!
