It is getting to that time of year again where we destroy our bodies for glory, Wing Week. Does anyone have any suggestions for bars/resturants this year? Perferably somewhere with a weeknight wing special. Thanks.
hey guys we just moved into our new space and are looking to hire someone part time about 30 hours weekly. It would be minimum wage to start and it’s mostly grunt work washing carboys, cleaning flasks, that sort of thing. But if you work hard it could lead to a full time position. Half our staff started as part timers. If you have any questions let me know or come to the new space 4739 W Montrose. Honestly a great opportunity as we are growing exponentially and could use help in other areas of the warehouse once you have some familiarity with our system.

If any apprentice brewers need access to the brewhouse today before it gets closed down for a few days for the quarterly party, I'll be there from 3 pm until 8 or so.
Does one of our graphics gurus have the CHAOS logo with a transparent background they could send me? Putting together some slides for the Daley College class.
I suspect most CHAOSers are like me and unfamiliar with Muntons Propino malt being sold for $1/lb upstairs along with their Maris Otter malt. I asked the Muntons folks for more information and one of their UK guys, Fabian Clark, got back to me with this info:
Propino is a Barley Variety such as Maris Ottter, Concerto, Planet or Venture. It is a two-row, spring barley with a high yield and good malting properties.
Ben, Jon, Mike and I worked on the education and grain sales room upstairs last night. We moved the grain sales stuff around a little bit, to make it a little more convenient we hope. I will be bringing an extension cord this (Friday) afternoon so we can plug in the scale in the new configuration.
Last night, we cleaned up the member storage room upstairs. There was a lot of debris scattered around the floor that we either moved to its rightful storage spot, repurposed for club use, or tossed. After all the extraneous items were moved from the floor, we vacuumed.
